This integrated approach provides the support and flexibility to meet the unique requirements of our clients.You will join a talented group of professionals who are advising U.S. government agencies with digital strategy customer experience process improvement technology effectiveness digital architecture and program integration.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Technical Architect you will be responsible for the following:Function as part of a team during technical implementations for Dynamics/Power Platform to finalize architecture specification create designs as they relate to customizations and/or integration of platformLead system design discussions and recommend alternate choices trade-offs and impact analysisParticipate in and lead white-boarding sessionsAssist with providing estimates on assigned tasksLearn new client information quickly and translate data modeling process modeling and revision control systemsLead a team of developers through technical architectureProvide mentoring and leadership to less experienced developersIndependently write quality code that is simple reliable and scalablePerform code reviews and ensure best practices are being adhered to by development team on engagementsLead solution deployments to downstream environmentsIn addition to your clients responsibilities you will also be expected to fulfil Senior Manager-level responsibilities within the firm such as:Establish maintain and strengthen internal and external relationshipsCreate innovative insights for clients adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs and contribute to thought leadershipAnticipate and identify risks and escalate any issues as appropriateDevelop people through effectively supervising coaching and mentoring staff; help create a positive learning cultureConduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staffParticipate in business development initiativesSkills and attributes for successStrong written and verbal communication presentation client service and technical writing skills coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skillsAbility and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues including regulations industry practices and new technologiesAbility to create innovative insights for clients adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs and contribute to thought leadershipPrior consulting experienceTo qualify for the role you must haveBachelors degreeCandidate must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance10-12 years of related work experienceMust be comfortable working in-person as neededDue to the nature of our work in the Government and Public Sector work may be required to be completed at client EY and/or contractor sites. Our goal is to assign professionals to projects within a commutable distance of their work location certain circumstances travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171600 to $392100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205900 to $445700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
