Grade 8 AMPd Math Support Facilitator at Cambridge Public Schools

Description of Service Opportunity:Facilitator will:-Ensure each student is making progress through an online learning platform.-Provide appointment hours for student check-ins.-Maintain open communication with students and families as they progress through their learning-Instructors will need access to their own device.-Provide ongoing feedback and encouragement for students throughout sessions-Manage a Google Classroom for your students -Review student thinking and overall student comprehension to provide specific feedback.Please note that your hourly rate is dependent upon your collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate.MinimumRequirements:Experience and confidence in teaching mathematics. Experience teaching middle school mathematics; Completion of or currently working towards a Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college/university; experience dealing with diverse student populations and familiarity working in an urban setting preferred.Length of Contract:November 25 2025 through May 08 2026Contract Amount:Not to exceed $6000.00Please note that your hourly rate is dependent upon your collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate.
