Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMisericordia University, a member of the NCAA Division III, located in Dallas, Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated and motivated Graduate Assistant to support our Track and Field/Cross Country program. This position is designed for graduate students who aspire to pursue careers in collegiate athletics. The successful candidate will assist in all facets of the program, including coaching, recruitment of quality student-athletes, organization and planning of practices, game preparation, scouting and monitoring of student-athlete academic progress, and administrative duties. A Bachelor's degree is required. Previous participation and/or coaching experience are preferred.
