If you are a Graduate Engineer in Burnsville Bismarck Minneapolis Rochester or Fargo that aligns with our values we would love for you to continue reading and apply.What You Will Do:Assist in the design and coordination of roadway projects for government agencies such as; City County and State DOTPerform design calculations quantity and cost estimates developing design specifications alignment and profile design and plan preparationAttend client meetings and taking meeting minutesWhat You Will Bring:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or similar degree from an accredited school1-4 years of experience in Transportation engineering or related field is preferredValid drivers license with a good driving recordEngineering (FE) exam and registration as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is a condition of employment and must be achieved at the time of hire or within six (6) months of the start date to maintain employmentPrepare read and understand construction plans and technical documents and have a functional understanding of design software packages specifically MS Excel MS Word and preferably MicroStationExcellent communication skills and a strong work ethic will allow you to excel in this positionAbility to work 40 hours a weekAbility to work in posted locationsWork is primarily performed in an office environment with standard office equipment occasional travel or field visits may be required to supportWho We Are:WSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in Transportation Community Planning Environmental Energy Municipal and Construction services.
