As a Granulation Machine Operator, you'll keep production rolling while cashing steady paychecks. Bring to the Table: Diploma or GED (trade creds = bonus points) 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training Accuracy and attention to detail Basic math skills Able to lift 50 lbs. Steel-toes Responsibilities: Operate fluid bed granulators, blenders (Hobart, ribbon, twin-shell), Fitzmills, roller compactors, oscillators, and related equipment. Monitor and adjust process controls, including temperatures, airflow, spray rates, dust collection, and nozzle calibration. Verify and load raw materials per batch records; complete required two-person sign-offs. Perform particle sizing, milling, sieving, and metal detection as needed. Weigh final blends and record yields; ensure accurate batch documentation. Coordinate with Quality Control on batch record sign-offs and any cGMP issues. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas per SOPs. Follow all safety procedures; lift materials within OSHA limits.
