Location: Bakersfield CA Employment Type: Part-Time to convert to Full-Time/Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday Friday Pay: $23/hour About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our clients sign and graphics production team. This role combines general labor light administrative assistance and hands-on shop work both indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate is computer-literate eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment. Key Responsibilities Production & Shop Support Assist in basic sign and graphic production tasks under the guidance of our designer.Use basic hand tools such as drills hammers and screwdrivers for installation prep and general shop work.Help with both indoor and outdoor tasks as needed (e.g. light installations material handling job site prep). Administrative & Computer Tasks Provide general office and administrative support to help keep projects organized.Assist with simple computer-based tasks including file handling and basic software use.Support the designer with tasks requiring attention to detail and organization. Qualifications Basic computer literacy is required.Familiarity with Adobe software (Illustrator) is a plus but not required they can train the right candidate.Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions.Comfort using basic hand tools (drill hammer screwdrivers etc.).Willingness to perform both indoor and outdoor tasks.Strong attention to detail and a positive team-oriented attitude. Preferred Traits Reliable and punctual.Willing to learn new skills in the sign and graphics industry.Enjoys hands-on work and supporting a creative production environment.
