Were seeking a Graphic Designerto create professional, high-quality visuals across marketing materials, emails, technical documents, and social media. This role offers variety, creative challenges, and opportunities to collaborate with engineers and marketing staff while producing on-brand, polished work.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design: Design marketing materials including social media graphics, website visuals, and campaign assets. Maintain brand consistency while contributing creative ideas.Email Design: Format and design marketing emails usingHubSpot and SendGrid, ensuring visual appeal, readability, and on-brand messaging.Technical Document Layout: Produce weekly white papers and other technical materials in Adobe InDesign, collaborating with engineers to present complex information clearly.Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and monitor posts across platforms to enhance engagement and maintain brand presence.Marketing Operations Support: Assist with practical marketing tasks such as preparing mailers, pulling contact lists, running webinars, and other as-needed tasks to support campaigns and communications.Qualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.03+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or related roles.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva.Experience designing emails with HubSpot and SendGrid (drag-and-drop or HTML).Strong attention to detail, typography, and brand consistency.Organized, self-sufficient, and able to manage multiple deadlines.Comfortable working in a collaborative review process with leadership input.Strong communication skills for working with technical and marketing teams.Company Benefits:Medical InsuranceCompany Funded Health Savings AccountDental InsuranceVision InsuranceSupplemental InsuranceEmployer Paid Life InsurancePaid LeaveEducation ReimbursementCompany Matched 401(k) Retirement Plan
