Graphic Designer (Hybrid) at Cella

Location: Irving, TX Job Type: ContractCompensation Range: $35 - 40 per hourEvery year, our client hosts a large operations-focused conference in Las Vegas. This event is an opportunity for associates, partners, and vendors to come together to celebrate successes from the previous year and rally around strategic focus areas for the year ahead. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support this event by developing a design system and executing assets across a wide range of media, from large-format digital backplates to small-format digital screens throughout the exhibit space.This is a contract position in Irving, TX (1-2 days onsite). This role may not extend beyond February 2027.Candidates should have extensive branding experience. Please make sure your application includes a portfolio. Responsibilities:Support the development, execution, and maintenance of event logo, design guidelines and standards.Partner with stakeholders to understand goals, strategies and target audiences.Develop branded charts, graphs, tables, icons, illustrations and infographics.Produce consistent and compelling graphics across digital formats, as well as print when needed.Leverage technical and aesthetic expertise in developing layouts and visual assets.Work with a broad range of internal stakeholders to complete projects on time and on brand.Ensure design compliance with project needs and visual brand standards.Actively seek and incorporate feedback on project contributions.Build and maintain a mastery of emerging design trends and best practices for large events.Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
