Supports consistent brand messaging across our system and injects fresh perspective to the organizations storytelling.Essential Functions:-Lead design projects and ensure that all designs meet the companys standards for quality and effectiveness -Create visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums including print and digital materials -Understand the brand policies to guide and consult with internal clients across the system-Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that designs meet business requirements and project goals -Ensure that all designs are produced within specified deadlines and budgets -Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers as needed -Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that designs remain relevant and effective -Contribute to the development of design policies and procedures as needed -Provide design support for special projects and events as neededQualificationsEducationBachelors Degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field of study requiredEquivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeExperience2 years of experience in graphic design requiredKnowledge Skills and AbilitiesStrong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.Ability to lead design projects and provide guidance to junior designers.Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A keen aesthetic eye and strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise across all media.Skilled in related software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Job Details (if applicable)Remote TypeRemoteWork Location399 Revolution DriveScheduled Weekly Hours40Employee TypeRegularWork ShiftDay (United States of America)Pay Range$30.00 - $43.63/HourlyGrade6At Mass General Brigham we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
