Founded in 1993 HGreg operates 31 new and used dealerships throughout the United States and Canada and plans to continue expansion in the U.S.SUMMARY:Our Greeters are front-line representatives for the this role you will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the showroom registering them for their visit in our CRM and directing them to the appropriate sales associate for assistance. She/he must represent the dealership in a professional manner at all times by telephone or in person.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visitRegister customers in our CRM (DealerSocket)Communicates with guests in a professional friendly and efficient mannerAnswers basic customer inquiries.
