This job involves preparing and cooking a variety of grilled foods according to the menu, ensuring proper temperatures and attractive presentation. You’ll maintain a clean and safe workstation, help with ingredient prep, monitor inventory needs, and support smooth kitchen operations. What’s a Typical Day Like?Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, including meats, vegetables, and other items as per the menu.Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented attractively.Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.Assist in the preparation of ingredients and other kitchen duties as needed.Provide excellent customer service, addressing any special requests or dietary needs.Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.What Are the Requirements of the Job?Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role is preferred.Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs.Capability to stand for prolonged periods of timeAbility to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.Why Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?Weekly PayExclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
