Job DescriptionJob DescriptionGRILL COOKThe Aielli Group is looking for a grill cook to be part of our team. The grill cook will prepare and grill food according to recipe standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and portions. To be a successful grill cook, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations. ResponsibilitiesEnsure food is at the correct temperature and is attractive. Carry pans, containers, and trays of food to and from workstation, stove, and cooler in accordance with established safety standards. Store food in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating and food safety and rotation procedures. Cleans, sanitize, and maintain work areas, equipment and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met. Maintain a good working relationship with coworkers. Perform other duties as assigned. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Exceptional time management. Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift. Lift at least 50 lbs. Comply with all food and safety regulations.
