*Job Summary:**We are seeking Local Hire Grocery Freezer Unloaders/loaders to join our team in Baytown TX. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently unload/load frozen meat from the freezer section of the grocery warehouse onto pallets. This is not a travel team opportunity so applicants must live locally. ** We offer daily pay which allows you to draw money daily from your paycheck****Qualifications:**- Ability to work in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit (Freezer gear provided)- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment- Grocery experience is a plus**Responsibilities:**- Load/Unload Frozen meat onto pallets- Ensure accurate and complete orders are selected for delivery- May need to operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks to move products- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times-responsibilities may change at any time**Pay and Shift Details:**-Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm - 12:30am (or until work is finished each day)-Pay: Performance-based pay with the average associate earning $22/hour but never less than $18/hour.
