This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently to ensure that the grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing.ResponsibilitiesTrim and Weed EdgerRemove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areasAssist with snow removal and ice control during winter monthsRequirementsPrevious experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferredKnowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniquesStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as neededFlexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
