In addition to typical landscaping tasks like trimming, weed removal, and debris clearing, you'll also be responsible for setting up and taking down tents and chairs for funeral services. During the winter months, you'll assist with snow removal and ice control to ensure safe, clean outdoor spaces.Responsibilities:Trim and edge weeds, plants, and grass to maintain a clean, neat appearanceRemove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas to keep grounds attractiveSet up and take down tents and chairs before and after funeral servicesAssist with snow removal and ice control during winter monthsFollow safety protocols and operate landscaping tools and equipment effectivelyRequirementsMUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TESTPrevious experience in grounds-keeping, landscaping, or similar outdoor labor preferredKnowledge of groundskeeping equipmentStrong attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks (ability to lift heavy objects)Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as requiredBenefitsPaid weather delays (break room provided during rain and other delays)Stable, full-time work with consistent hours Monday through Saturday.Think of this role like a firefighter's job, even if there's no immediate task, you still need to be on-site and ready.
