Grounds Person at Westgate Resorts

As a Grounds person you will:Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work.Empties all trash cans at pools three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed.Disposes of grease and cooking oil in proper containers.Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway.Sweeps curbs and sidewalks.Cleans grounds and removes litter.Empty trash cans in the public area buildingsEmpty dumpsters.Operates trash compactor.Empties recycle bins.Breaks down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers.Leaves work area in a clean neat and safe condition.To excel in this role you must embody our core values of integrity passion and a strong work ethic. These values are essential to our success and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment.Qualifications : Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing.Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditionsMust be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Drivers License to drive company golf carts.Westgate Resorts is a smoke and tobacco-free workplace.
