As a Grounds Person, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and safety of our outdoor spaces. From manicured lawns to vibrant flower beds, you’ll ensure our grounds are always at their best.What You’ll Do:Maintain and enhance the landscaping of our grounds, including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulchingPerform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow clearing, and de-icing walkwaysInspect and maintain outdoor facilities, including playgrounds, walkways, and parking areasOperate and maintain groundskeeping equipment like mowers, trimmers, and snow blowersAssist with minor repairs and upkeep of outdoor structures and amenitiesEnsure the grounds are safe, clean, and inviting for employees and visitorsCollaborate with the maintenance team on special projects and eventsWhat You Bring:Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related fieldKnowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and grounds maintenance equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workPhysical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditionsA positive attitude and a love for working outdoorsRelevant certifications (e.g., pesticide application, arboriculture) are a plusYour Benefits:Paid medical insurance for employee.
