Job Details 1st LAKE COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES - Metairie LA Part Time General LaborDescription Tired of nights and shift-work Are you interested in working the day-shift with no weekends If so we are are hiring a detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Technician to aid in the overall curb appeal of our commercial portfolio of properties in Metairie and Kenner.This is a part-time position offering up to 28 hours per week.Qualifications What you will do:As a Grounds Maintenance Technician you will play an important role in helping to attract new tenants to our commercial spaces by keeping the grounds and buildings neat clean and tidy.Requirements:Grounds Maintenance Technicians will have the ability and desire to work indoors and outdoors; will have an eye for detail; and will be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
