To learn more visit .JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYEnsures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team membersJOB DESCRIPTIONEssential Responsibilities:Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter debris and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times.Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process transfers trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable and cleans and maintains storage areas.Completes assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process.Changes all locks in accordance with the propertys policy and ensure gates to all pool areas are working according to codes and safety standards.Distributes notices and communications to residents as necessary.Informs appropriate supervisors of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents team members guests and others.Demonstrates customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect answering resident questions and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services.Complies with Greystars safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in the propertys routine safety meetings completing required training on OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements and by reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately.Required Licenses or Certifications: Incumbents must have valid drivers license to operate a golf cart on property.#LI-JJ1The hourly rate for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.Additional Compensation:Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements prior experience current skills and geographical location.Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participatein weekly monthly and/or quarterly bonus programs.Benefits Offered for Part-time Team Members*:401(k) with Company Match (eligibility required)Employee Assistance ProgramPaid sick time*For Union and Prevailing Wage roles compensation and benefits may vary from the listedinformation above due to Collective Bargaining Agreements and/or local governing authority.Greystar will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Important Notice: Greystar will never request your banking details or other sensitive personal information during the interview process.
