As a Group Ex Instructor at AFC, you’ll have the opportunity to motivate and inspire members on their fitness journey while being part of a supportive and health-focused community.What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for certified fitness professionals who can create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for participants of all fitness levels. Whether you teach Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Dance, Strength, or anything else under the sun, we would love for you be a part of our community! Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for all membersMotivate, inspire, and lead large groups with confidence and enthusiasmDeliver a positive and consistent experience in every classStart and end all classes on timeOffer modifications to accommodate all fitness levelsMaintain regular communication with the Group Fitness Manager regarding feedback, equipment needs, scheduling, and sub requestsQualifications Needed:Minimum 1 year of group fitness instruction experienceCurrent CPR/AED certificationCurrent certification in the format(s) you teach (example: Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, etc.)If you’re passionate about helping others and thrive in a group setting, we’d love to hear from you!
