Glatfelter Branch is seeking a warm, upbeat Group Fitness Instructor to lead weekday morning classes tailored for active older adults. In this part-time role, you'll create an encouraging and inclusive environment where participants can build strength, improve mobility, and support their overall well-being.With flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM, this position is ideal for someone who loves motivating others and making wellness fun and accessible. Your energy and leadership will help members feel confident, connected, and engaged-strengthening the sense of community that makes the Y feel like home.Employees enjoy FREE use of the facilities at all branches, including our outdoor pools, gym, and wellness center.
