Our ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals reach their health and wellness goals, can lead with confidence, and has a solid understanding of exercise technique and biomechanics.Class Format:- 30-minute group fitness classes- Strength, HIIT, and Recovery sessions- Up to 25 participants per classKey Responsibilities:- Instruct safe, effective, and engaging group classes- Clearly demonstrate and explain proper form and technique- Motivate and encourage participants of all fitness levels- Provide modifications when necessary, especially for older adult populations- Create a positive, interactive, and supportive class environmentRequirements:- Prior group fitness instruction experience preferred- Strong knowledge of biomechanics and exercise science- Comfortable working with older adults and diverse fitness levels- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)What We Offer:- Competitive pay: $20$30/hr- Free membership for you and immediate family- Discounts on gym merchandise- Opportunities for growth at both our Cave Creek and North Scottsdale locations---If you're ready to inspire others and be part of a supportive and growing fitness community, wed love to hear from you!
