Group Fitness Instructor - HIIT/Strength at Elevation Corporate Health

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled group fitness instructor to teach group fitness classes at specified Elevation locations in the Lakewood area, as well as provide front desk and group fitness class coverage on an as needed basis (on call). Great opportunity to work within a corporate setting and be apart of a growing group exercise program. Position to start December 2025.Location: Lakewood, ColoradoPay: $35 per classJob Type: Part-timeGroup Fitness Class Schedule: Total guaranteed group fitness classes would be 0-3 classes/week. Classes include strength, HIIT or cardio optionsLicense/Certifications:Current CPR/AED certification required Experience teaching group exercise classes (strength, bootcamp, HIIT) preferred Personal training certification preferredBS in Exercise Science or related field preferredSpecialty group fitness class certifications preferredCovid Vaccine required at some locationsFee-Based ServicesOption to provide fee-based services at any of the above Elevation locations as well as virtually so there is potential to earn additional income. Must hold nationally recognized and Elevation approved certifications.This position provides safe, motivating, and effective individual and group exercise instruction with excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others in person and virtually. Provides up-to-date quality training and high energy motivation to members and participants in order to maximize participation, outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
