Benefits begin the month following the hire date.Salary: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $25.60 - $29.00/hourly and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidates experience qualifications and/or skillset.  Summary:The Group Lead is responsible for overseeing their teams production and efficiency.  They are responsible for providing guidance to their team on all areas of the production process. They must be aware of all safety hazards policies guidelines and procedures associated with the various production lines. The Group Leader will work overtime on a regular basis.
