Position: Group Leader I Location: Equipment & Assembly Plant - Pittsburgh, PA

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm, 2:30pm -11:00pm, 40 Hours/Week
The Group Leader I will direct the workers in one or more of the functional areas of the Equipment & Assembly Plant which include: Electrical and Mechanical Assembly and Testing of Standard Products, Quality Assurance, Quality Document control and work schedule development. Typically, the Group Leader I position will supervise from 5-10 workers but may have no direct reports. Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)
Understands, trains employees and enforces all policies and proceduresSupervise the day to day production activity of employees on shift to meet schedule deadlinesPerform hands-on work as required with shift workers to accomplish the necessary work objectivesResponsible for the quality and specification compliance of equipment/product work performed during the shiftProvides turnover reporting from shift activities to other group leadersQualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required2-3 years Fabrication experience is requiredCoating supervision experience is preferredFabrication supervision experience is preferredWelding supervision experience is preferred
