About the role:Join Boston Scientifics Vascular Customer Experience team as a digital marketing leader driving customer-centric engagement this impactful role you will lead programs designed to create meaningful personalized connections with physicians. Your leadership will influence integrated digital marketing automation campaigns rooted in customer insights and focused on delivering measurable results.This role requires a strategic collaborative leader with deep expertise in digital marketing customer journey design campaign performance analysis and marketing technology. Youll partner across the Vascular franchise brand activation digital marketing sales and corporate teams to execute strategies that elevate the customer experience and align with Boston Scientifics broader business goals.You will lead a team of marketing automation professionals customer data segmentation experts and marketing technology strategists while advancing omnichannel capabilities and data-driven marketing transformation.Work Model:At Boston Scientific we value collaboration and synergy. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training pertinent education including licensure and certifications among other relevant business or organizational needs.
