Position Title: Senior Lead SAP GTS Program: Enterprise Digital Transformation S/4HANA Implementation

Location: Hybrid / Remote

Duration: 1218 months (with extension based on rollout timeline)

Reports To: Logistics Solution Architect

Band/Level: Senior Lead / Principal Consultant

Role Context: We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead SAP GTS to drive Global Trade Services workstreams within a large-scale Enterprise S/4HANA Digital Transformation Program aligned to discrete manufacturing business processes. This role will be responsible for leading SAP GTS solution design, implementation, integration, and deployment across complex global supply chain operations involving export compliance, customs management, intercompany logistics, subcontracting, spare parts distribution, and cross-border manufacturing movements. The candidate will work closely with Global Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, and System Integrator teams to ensure compliant, scalable, and integrated business processes across SAP S/4HANA, GTS, EWM, TM, and external logistics ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP GTS Solution Lead SAP GTS solution design and deployment for enterprise S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Drive global template standardization for export compliance, customs, and international trade processes.
• Design scalable and compliant business processes aligned with current and future-state business operations.
• Compliance & Trade Management Lead implementation and support of SAP GTS processes including SPL screening, export control, embargo checks, license determination, customs, trade preference, and product classification.

To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.

To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.

To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance/compliance measures.

To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
