Role Overview HOF Capital is looking for Growth Investment Spring Analysts for a spring 2026 internship in our NYC office. Ideal candidates will have a deep interest in investing as well as the broader technology ecosystem. At the growth stage we invest into companies across software artificial intelligence and frontier technologies at the Series C stage through IPO & beyond. The intern will work closely with our investment team gaining hands-on experience in evaluating investment opportunities conducting market research and supporting portfolio companies. Successful interns receive priority consideration for our full-time role upon graduation in 2027. Key Responsibilities Investment Analysis:Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities by conducting financial modeling market analysis and due diligence Market Research:Perform thorough research on industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscapes to inform investment decisions Deal Sourcing:Support the team in identifying and sourcing new investment opportunities through various channels Portfolio Support:Work with portfolio companies to provide strategic and operational support including market entry strategies growth plans and financial analysis Reporting:Prepare investment memos presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholdersCandidate Qualifications Current college juniors with majors in Business Finance Economics or a related field Previous experience in investment banking private equity or venture capital is preferred but not required Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation Strong interest in technology and investing evidenced through self-study and a general knowledge of current events Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) How to Apply: Interested candidates are asked to submit the following: Resume (including any upcoming summer 2026 internship if applicable)A brief paragraph on a growth-stage company that you are excited about (200 words max) Availability: a.
