The Role:Our Guest Experience Managers are key to our partnering with our General Manager you will support daily restaurant operations. They motivate and lead team members uphold standards in the kitchen and dining room and ensure a safe positive environment for guests and the team.By being hardworking passionate and capable of leading and coaching a team you will excel in our Guest Experience Manager role.What Youll Do:Leadand develop Team Members and Special Ops TrainersBe responsible for the entire guest experienceDevelop CulinaryLeadsand uphold food safety & quality standardsOversee food and beverage management including inventory ordering and budgetPut deliveries away plus any additional duties assignedAbility to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growthMay stand for long periods of time andlift upto 50 poundsAssist with any additional duties assignedPhysical Requirements:Must be able to bend and reach overhead oftenMust possess dexterity to handle tongs pots/pans and other equipmentMust be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to coldMust be comfortable working near open flamesMay be required to work in tight spacesMust maintain near constant communication with multiple peopleClose vision distance vision and peripheral vision is requiredMust be able to sit squat and kneel occasionallyMust be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe mannerMay be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditionsBenefits at CAVAWeve got you covered.
