Maintain a fluent knowledge of local restaurants special events city attractions and outdoor activities.Where Youve BeenWere looking for someone with a High School diploma (or equivalent) and preferably three to six months of related experience. But most importantly you must be a people-person! You will need to interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner at all times fulfilling requests (even challenging ones) in a timely manner. If you dont work well under pressure this wont be a great fit.When Youre HereSometimes youll be behind the deskbut also be prepared to move around because more than half of the time you will be standing/sitting carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds walking bending/twisting climbing stairs and more.
