Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests upon arrival, including airport pickups, luggage handling, and property orientation.
• Provide transportation between ranch activities, dining venues, and off-site experiences.
• Create exceptional first and last impressions through warm, personalized guest interactions.
• Assist Activities Guides with daily programming and gain exposure to a variety of ranch experiences.
• Lead select introductory or support-level activities as training progresses.
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of vehicles and guest-facing spaces.
• Support daily ranch operations including setup, transitions, and guest assistance.
• Uphold all safety standards, including responsible driving and adherence to activity protocols.

What You'll Bring

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service and the outdoors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful guest connections.
• Minimum of 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Interest in outdoor recreation and willingness to learn guiding skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a seasonal schedule from early May through October.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
