If youre dependable organized great with multitasking and have a positive attitude and strong local knowledge this could be the perfect opportunity for you!What Youll DoAs a Guest Services Representative your shift will include a variety of responsibilities all focused on providing top-tier service:Guest InteractionWarmly welcome and greet guests.Efficiently handle check-ins check-outs and reservations.Accurately record all room tax My Store and pet fee charges according to hotel policy.Guest AssistanceProvide information about hotel amenities local attractions restaurants shopping and nearby churches.Assist guests with questions concerns or complaints with professionalism and care.Telephone & CommunicationOperate the phone system using proper etiquette.Take and transfer calls and accurately record messages.Financial TransactionsComplete credit card authorizations.Handle cash transactions with accuracy and provide change when needed.Administrative DutiesMaintain organized daily activity logs including cash and call logs.Keep the Front Desk Log updated.Report any guest maintenance or front desk issues to the General Manager.Safety & SecurityFollow all hotel safety and security policies.Routinely inspect the property including hallways stairwells entrances outdoor lighting and exterior doors.Loyalty Program PromotionActively promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.Cleaning & UpkeepAssist with laundry: washing drying folding and storing linens.Clean and sanitize common areas.Stock supplies make coffee and maintain the coffee bar.Keep entrances and sidewalks clear of snow and ice.Support ServicesDeliver guest supplies (e.g. cribs towels toiletries).Issue and track master keys and key cards for housekeeping and maintenance.Housekeeping AssistanceSupport housekeeping by cleaning guest rooms when occupancy is high or staffing is limited.What Were Looking ForBasic Computer Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.Strong Communication: Clear friendly verbal and written communication.Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.Dependability & Professionalism: Consistency reliability and a professional demeanor.Attention to Detail: Accuracy in financial transactions guest records and daily tasks.BenefitsCompetitive PayMonthly Bonus PotentialFlexible SchedulingDirect DepositCross-Training OpportunitiesGrowth PotentialRequired Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Arabic Speaking,Administration,General Services,Billing,Import,Administration Support Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 15 - 16
