Job Summary: The Project Manager / Scrum Master is responsible for overall project governance schedule management and stakeholder communication. The role ensures the on-time within-scope and compliant delivery of project deliverables. This involves developing and maintaining project plans facilitating agile ceremonies coordinating task execution across various workstreams and managing scope budget and change control. Location:Houston Texas United States Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the project plan risk register and RAID log. - Facilitate sprint planning daily standups and milestone reviews. - Coordinate task execution across architecture data BI and security workstreams. - Manage scope budget tracking and change control processes. - Prepare weekly progress reports and executive dashboards. - Ensure all deliverables meet documentation compliance and quality standards. Required Skills & Certifications: - 8 years managing cloud and data modernization projects. - Experience leading Agile-Lite or hybrid public-sector implementations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
