What would that look like?
$22 - $32 per hour with a guaranteed hourly rate, amazing tips and an easy to earn commission structure.
Instant clientele inside of super busy hair salons!
Focus on men and boys. Guys are great tippers with quicker service times.

Still in cosmetology school and looking to gain experience right away? At 200 hours, you're able to start working on the floor and perform our MVP Service! at 500 hours, you're able to attend our Sport Clips University training and being cutting on the floor!
What do you need?
A valid Massachusetts Cosmetology or Barber license
Your Tips Matter - Now, thanks to an industry-wide effort championed by Sport Clips, you can deduct up to $25,000 of your tips, keeping more of what you earn. We're proud to support initiatives that put more money back in your pocket.
Note: The IRS still needs to provide implementation guidance. Tip income must still be reported.
