Use your skills and experience to be part of something beautiful.ResponsibilitiesPrescribe professional healthy-hair game plans and salon products to all salon guests. Acknowledge and greet all guests, and offer friendly, prompt, and courteous service.Assist in salon duties.Attend Versus Salon educational workshops, meetings and one yearly trade show.Meet or exceed all individual sales and productivity goals.QualificationsStylist must have current cosmetology license or working towards obtaining there license.Existing clientele a plus.Experience with curly hair is a plus.Proficiency with current hair trends.Knowledgeable with use of equipment needed to perform technical work efficiently.Ownership of own professional tools (flat iron, curling wand, combs, clips, etc.)Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.Practical, results-oriented attitude.Excellent communication skills and ability to grow from constructive criticism.Interest in and motivation to attend training and expand your craft.Experienced with many types/textures of hair.Flexible availability.Versus Salon offers educational opportunities!
