Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in painting caulking window cleaning pressure washing or related trades.Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to safety.Physically fit with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (including 32 ladders) and work outdoors for up to 8 hours per day.Comfortable working at heights using ladders lifts and suspended scaffolding with good balance and stability.Customer-service oriented with a willingness to assist clients and maintain a positive professional attitude.Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.Effective team player who contributes to the overall success of the team.Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Quick learner with the ability to acquire new skills efficiently.Ability to pass a background check.Ability to pass a drug test.Clear and effective communication skills in English.Ideally resides near West Los Angeles (most projects are located in that area).Prior experience in window cleaning pressure washing gutter cleaning repairs caulking painting or similar services is preferred.
