Fresh produce, value for money, and a uniquely positive shopping experience are the foundations on which we operate, bringing the complete shopping experience to the community.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fixing or replacing light bulbs, wiring, circuit breakers, fuses, boilers, heating systems, refrigeration units, and more.Conduct carpentry and general construction work, such as woodwork, sanding, painting, and related repairs.Handle general plumbing tasks, including repairing toilets, bathtubs, faucets, leaks, sanitary sewer systems, sump pumps, and associated components.Carry out facility repairs, including doors, doorknobs, locks, broken tiles, floor polishing, staining, and other necessary maintenance.Ensure general cleaning and upkeep of mechanical spaces and perimeter induction units.Travel to all store locations as part of a maintenance team.Preferred Qualifications:Bilingual proficiency in Russian is a plus.Good physical condition and strength, with a willingness to work overtime when needed.Proficient in using tools and understanding common appliances and devices.Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and other systems.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Must have authorization to work in the U.S.Job Type: Full-time
