Handyman - Residential Building at Stonehenge Management

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionStonehenge owns and manages several luxury residential apartment buildings throughout Manhattan. We are currently looking to fill a handyman positions at One QPS Owner LLC.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintenance of assigned buildingConduct move in and move out inspectionsConduct daily routine work orders; repair cabinets, counter tops, closets, appliances, etcInspect all building mechanical to identify any failures or breakdownsMaintain inventory of building necessitiesPerform any necessary repairs on HVAC systems for buildings common areas, office spaces and repair PTAC units as required for residential apartmentsRequirementsRelevant maintenance experience requiredExperience with plumbing and electrical systems requiredExperience in Residential properties is preferredCompensation: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour  About Stonehenge Management LLCStonehenge NYC and its affiliated companies is a vertically integrated, private real estate group with expertise in investment management, property management, development, design, construction and leasing.
