Job DescriptionJob DescriptionStore Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Job Responsibilities: Greet and advice customers in the selection of products and their usesAssist customers over the phone and in the store with questions and orders regarding architectural, commercial, and industrial paint products and coating materials.Prepare orders by mixing/tinting paint to customer’s specificationsAccurately identify and match paint colorsAccurately process cash and credit card transactions while properly maintaining a cash drawerAssist with inventory and processing of incoming stockLoad and unload materials for customersLoad and unload the delivery vehicles as neededOccasionally deliver products to customers safely and efficiently using a company vehicleProvide a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and servicesCollaborate with coworkers and management to maintain a smooth workflowMiscellaneous tasks around the paint store such as stocking, cleaning, etc.Other duties as assigned by managementKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Must have a Valid Driver's LicenseMust be punctual and dependableEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentMust be a team playerAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequentlyBasic computer skills and math skillsMust be able to distinguish the difference between colorsHigh school diploma or comparable certification (GED)Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English)Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service position a plus but not requiredCandidates must be able to pass a background check, drug test and/or MVR check, as applicable for the role.This job requires standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching overhead, gripping, squatting, and carrying the product to and from the delivery and customer vehicles as well as to areas within the store.Spectrum Paint is an Equal Opportunity Employer
