Job DescriptionProject/Program:The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and services with a focus on Active Directory and identity management Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration Windows server operations and 3rd party application support. The role also includes responsibilities in maintaing security and audit compliance. Adherance to ITIL processes such as incident problem and request management via ServiceNow. and infrastructure support for key business applications. This position requires a strong technical background attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure secure efficient and reliable IT operations.Day-to-Day:Duties include but are not limited to.1. Active Directory (AD) & Identity ManagementAccount creation modification and deletionManagement of physical and virtual domain controllersAzure AD integration and hybrid identity managementGroup Policy (GPO) configuration and migration to IntuneAdmin rights governanceDHCP DNS and network printer management2. Microsoft 365 & SharePointSharePoint administration and permissionsO365 support including Exchange Online and Universal Print3. Server & Infrastructure OperationsWindows Server provisioning patching and upgradesServer decommissioning and change ticket management4. Application SupportPeopleSoft: Server refreshes migrations and correspondence processingDocumentum (ECM): System maintenance patching SSL certs xCP deployments and flex-clone processingKofax: Server monitoring and patchingInvestments Applications: Infrastructure support for pension fund systems such as Aladdin and 24x7 Scheduler for batch jobs5.
