Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Health Career Ladder ( HCL ) Academic Coach with a focus on Curriculum collaboration with another HCL Academic Coach you will play a key role in creating an engaging curriculum for the Saturday Academy Youth Program specifically targeting students in PreK through 5th grade. Your responsibilities will include developing lessons following the 5Es teaching model incorporating crosscutting concepts and providing curriculum coaching sessions to guide WesternU student doctors in aligning their activities with curriculum goals.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in education science or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Proven experience in curriculum development with a focus on early childhood education. Familiarity with the 5Es teaching model and crosscutting concepts in science education. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Previous experience working with diverse student populations is a plus.
