What You Will Do:
- Perform basic inspection, repair, and final assembly of head assemblies
- Work from standard work, procedures, and drawings
- Basic understanding of powder making process and importance of head assemblies.
- Basic understanding of atomization failure modes and how to diagnose each.
- Maintain inventory records
- Perform basic shop maintenance including cleaning when necessary.
- Participate in periodic tower cleaning (tower dive).
- Support the cell's continuous improvement and all CORE and EH&S initiatives, including wearing required personal protective equipment
- Adhere to Quality guidelines, including participating in plantwide FOD initiatives.
- Refer difficulties to Supervisor or Team Leader.
- May be assigned to tasks not specifically listed within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US)

- The position requires ascending, descending stairs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, twisting, overhead reach, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is $21.00 per hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
