Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the Boys’ and Girls’ Cross-Country programDesign and implement effective training, conditioning, and competition plansFoster a positive, inclusive, and sportsmanlike team cultureCollaborate with assistant coaches, athletic staff, and school administratorsEnsure compliance with WPIAL and PIAA rules and regulationsPreferred Qualifications:Prior Varsity Head Coach or College Coaching Experience preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsKnowledge of cross-country training methods, race strategies, and safety standardsCommitment to mentoring and motivating student-athletes to achieve their best academically and athleticallyWe don’t just accept difference - we celebrate it, support it, and thrive on it for the benefit of our employees and our community.
