About Job

Matter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of AI to lead the development of our full-stack AI architecture. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to shape the future of AI at our company and drive innovation through cutting-edge technology. As the Head of AI, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, as well as hands-on experience in developing and deploying full-stack AI solutions. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product management, to drive the development and delivery of AI-powered products and services.

Skills & Qualification
  • Developed full-stack AI architecture with expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning, solving complex business problems through data-driven decision-making.
  • Designed and implemented AI-powered products and services, including chatbots, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics, resulting in improved customer experiences and increased revenue.
  • Collaborated with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production-ready software applications, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient processing.
  • Worked with data science teams to develop and deploy data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines, enhancing data quality and reducing latency.
  • Developed and maintained AI-powered data pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, and storage, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Conducted experiments and developed proof-of-concepts for new AI-powered products and services, exploring innovative applications and use cases.
  • Stayed up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, including research papers, industry trends, and emerging technologies, to ensure Matter remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Utilized expertise in cloud computing, containerization, and DevOps to deploy AI models in scalable and efficient environments, reducing costs and increasing agility.
  • Applied knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to ensure AI systems and data are secure, compliant, and protected from threats.

  • Conduct experiments and develop proof-of-concepts for new AI-powered products and services, exploring innovative applications and use cases that drive business value.
  • Mentor and lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing guidance and support to drive innovation and excellence in AI development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, including research papers, industry trends, and emerging technologies, to ensure Matter remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to stay informed about the latest developments in AI and machine learning.
  • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to drive the development and delivery of AI-powered products and services, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI-related projects, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
