A forward-thinking mindset and strong command of digital tools and AI-enabled content innovation are essential.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain the editorial strategy, voice and standardsLead and develop the content team; manage resource allocation and workflowsGuide content planning, production schedules and cross-functional alignmentAnalyze performance metrics to refine content strategy and enhance engagementExpand audience growth initiatives, including subscriptions and membershipsPartner with commercial teams to strengthen digital advertising opportunitiesMonitor industry and technology trends to drive innovation in format and deliveryMaintain high-quality standards, editorial integrity and legal complianceProvide ongoing reporting and insights to executive leadershipQualificationsExtensive experience in content, editorial or publishing leadership with digital and print formatsDeep understanding of storytelling, audience development and digital platformsDemonstrated ability to use data to inform strategyStrong leadership, communication and organizational skillsExperience implementing or leveraging emerging content technologiesThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $80k - $100k.
