This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact leadership team driving commercialisation and innovation at scale.As the Head of Fund Operations youll be at the heart of our investment execution designing scalable systems embedding best-practice governance and enabling disciplined capital deployment across our Follow-On Fund Pre-Seed Fund and strategic balance sheet initiatives.Youll bring deep expertise in venture capital operations institutional fund governance and compliance oversight and play a pivotal role in aligning our investment activities with university protocols and global standards.What youll lead:End-to-end fund operations across multiple investment vehiclesGovernance frameworks and due diligence processesInvestment Committee support and institutional reportingPortfolio performance tracking and KPI dashboardsFounder education and governance enablement for investee companiesWhat youll need:Postgraduate qualifications in finance or investment managementCPA or CA accreditationProven experience in venture capital or institutional fund operationsStrategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilityPassion for innovation and university-based commercialisationThis is more than a role its a chance to build the operational foundation of a world-class investment platform and contribute to Monash Universitys bold innovation agenda.About Monash UniversityAt Monash work feels different.
