This strategic leadership role requires a results-driven professional with 10+ years of experience in food production engineering, capital project management, and continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Oversee CapEx budgets, engineering projects, and facility expansionsImplement process improvements to reduce downtime and boost efficiencyOperational Excellence:Ensure compliance with SQF, FDA, and food safety standardsCoordinate production schedules and planned shutdownsTeam Development:Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of engineers and technical staffDrive training and cross-training initiativesInnovation & Compliance:Evaluate and implement new technologies for process optimizationMaintain engineering drawings, equipment specs, and vendor contractsRequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (required)MBA preferredExperience:10+ years engineering experience in manufacturing5-7 years managing capital projects and budgetsFood/beverage industry experience (GMP, FDA, PMO standards)Aseptic manufacturing/packaging experience (strongly preferred)Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, ERP/MES systemsAbility to create P&IDs and process mapsStrong CMMS (Upkeep) experienceLeadership Skills:Excellent team management and cross-functional collaborationProven problem-solving and continuous improvement mindsetBenefitsCompetitive Compensation: Attractive salary + performance-based bonus potentialComprehensive Benefits: Generous Benefits PackageWork Schedule: Full-time with flexibility for strategic planning needsProfessional Growth: Leadership development programs and opportunities to pioneer cutting-edge manufacturing processesImpactful Work: Directly shape the efficiency and innovation of a state-of-the-art aseptic beverage facility
