As the Head of People you will be responsible for designing and scaling the programs processes and culture that enable our team to thrive. If you aspire to create an exceptional employee experience and help build a mission-driven organization this is the role for you.What youll do at Brellium:Build and lead a People function.Design and execute strategies to attract retain and grow top talent in line with Brelliums mission and values.Own our culture at scale making sure our values are lived as the team grows.Partner with leaders on org design team structures and workforce planning to support sustainable growth.Lead programs across the employee lifecycle: onboarding performance management feedback engagement and leadership development.Set up scalable systems and processes for HR operations payroll benefits compliance and analytics.Manage vendors and programs for benefits compensation and total rewards.Coach managers to help them build strong effective teams.Handle complex employee relations and compliance matters.Youll be great for this role if you have:7 years in People/HR with 2 in a leadership role at high-growth B2B SaaS companies (Series A C).Built and scaled People functions from scratch covering recruiting performance compensation engagement learning & development and total rewards.Experience designing people strategies that support growth: org design leadership development succession planning and workforce planning.Hands-on with HRIS ATS analytics and other tools to run data-informed People operations.Strong communication and influence; able to partner with leaders across all levels.The ability to thrive in ambiguity and a passion for building programs processes and systems from the ground up.A thoughtful and people-first mentality: high emotional intelligence empathy and a focus on continuous improvement.We are committed to offering a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package including robust health benefits commuter benefits and meaningful ownership opportunities through equity.
