Through innovative classes creative camps one-of-a-kind birthday celebrations and events our approach inspires each childs inherent love of learning!The NY Preschool & Kids Club is seeking a Head of Sales to lead company-wide sales strategy and execution across multiple locations in NYC. This individual will be responsible for building a cohesive and effective sales pipeline driving local partnerships leading a high-performing field team and ensuring all customer engagement activities are supported by a robust and well-maintained CRM system.Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Pipeline DevelopmentDesign and lead a comprehensive sales strategy focused on increasing enrollment across early childhood education enrichment classes and seasonal campsConduct market analysis and needs assessments to inform offerings and drive customer-centric product evolutionMonitor analyze and improve each stage of the customer acquisition funnel to optimize conversions and retentionField Sales Team LeadershipDirect a cross-functional field sales team including Site Directors and Client Experience Coordinators by creating clear sales processes and performance targetsProvide ongoing training coaching and mentorship to drive consistent execution of sales strategies across all sitesAlign field efforts with central goals ensuring unified messaging and a streamlined customer experienceCommunity Engagement & Business DevelopmentCultivate partnerships with residential communities schools local businesses and family-focused organizations to generate leads and drive awarenessLead the planning and execution of on-site events seasonal campaigns and referral initiativesAct as a brand ambassador at community functions and networking eventsCRM Ownership & OptimizationServe as the internal owner of the organizations CRM systemEnsure the accuracy cleanliness and usability of sales and customer dataRegularly analyze CRM data to produce sales insights and pipeline reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM functionality and support sales workflowsDrive CRM adoption across field teams by implementing training and accountability systemsFull-time MondayFriday with occasional evening/weekend events as neededThe statements in this job description are intended to describe the essential nature and level of work being performed. They are not intended to be all responsibilities or qualifications of the job.RequirementsThis job is for you if:Bachelors Degree in a related field (or commensurate experience) required5 years of sales leadership experience preferably in a multi-site or service-driven environment requiredDemonstrated success in designing and implementing sales strategies that generate measurable growthHands-on experience managing and optimizing a CRM platform (HubSpot Salesforce or equivalent)Strong analytical skills with the ability to use CRM data for reporting and decision-makingExcellent leadership communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environmentPhysical exam and background checks are required for this position.Physical Demands: The role involves standing walking sitting constant movement and occasional climbing. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required.
