Where you will work: This position will be based in Astound's Bethlehem, PA office, and would be an in office/field role.

A Day in the Life of the Headend Technician I:

• Monitor video and audio quality of services
• Daily check of RF levels and alignment
• Verify video and audio levels for satellite and stereo processing equipment
• Monitor commercial insertion equipment
• Perform status monitoring
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cisco Certification (preferred)
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience
• Accurately measure distances using measuring devices
• Ability to differentiate between color and sizes of wire
